Salomo is a digital service provided via a mobile app.
For digital services, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may expire if the consumer (i) expressly agrees that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends and (ii) acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service begins (§ 356 (5) BGB). Where required, this consent is obtained during the checkout process of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Salomo may offer an introductory period at a reduced price (e.g., first month at €0.99). The exact conditions shown in the App Store / Google Play checkout at the time of subscribing apply.
If you cancel during the introductory period, you will only be charged the introductory price.
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests, decisions, and processing are handled according to the respective store’s refund policies.
We cannot directly issue refunds for payments processed by Apple/Google. If you experience technical or access issues, contact info@salomo.world and we will help you resolve the issue and, where possible, provide supporting information for a store refund request.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or introductory period).
